I would like to introduce myself as being new to the board. Hope you have room for someone that practically lives in her kitchen, or so it seems. I make most everything from scratch and love trying new recipes on a regular basis while cherishing the old ones that have been handed down through generations. I have lived all over the world and experienced many wonderful cuisines. But I am a true Southerner and that fact is very evident in my food preparation.
The kitchen is a country in which there are always discoveries to be made. Every morning one must start from scratch, with nothing on the stoves. That is cuisine."
