New here.

Hello. I'm new here. I make sushi in japan. I was born in america, and I am now living in japan because I am going to collee there to study military science and political science.

I am especially interested in learning new sushi styles. :)

Do you make sushi professionally in Japan, or just for yourself for private/friends enjoyment? I cannot imagine trying to break into the sushi profession in Japan! Anyway, welcome to DC.
