Smile New here from Las Vegas

I am new here, my name is Alexander, and I used to hate the kitchen when I was in my early 20's but began to appreciate cooking more and more , so I am here to make new friends that love of course " cooking " and have a passion for it. I am Peruvian, so I know I have tried to learn how to cook peruvian food. Thanks everyone

Welcome to DC! I'm not familiar with Peruvian cooking, so look forward to your recipes!

Hi, thanks for the welcome,

I have made what is called bistek apanado (milanesa) with green spaghetti. Spinach is what makes it green ( Healthy ) , I hope the picture uploads.

Welcome! I don't know much about Peruvian cooking, but Las Vegas is my old stomping grounds. I went to school there back in the early 90s, and stuck around for a number of years afterward.

Hi and welcome to Discuss Cooking I love Peruvian food. There used to be a Peruvian restaurant near us with great ceviche. I wish I could find fresh aji amarillo, though.
