Nick, thanks so much for your onion soup recipe! Sounds great! I've been feeling the need to update my own tried 'n tested recipe. Adding Calvados sounds wonderful! I will definitely make this!

Can't wait to see your roasted chicken recipe too!

Welcome to DC!!!!!! I have a request - why don't you copy and paste your soup recipe in our soup forum. If someone does a search they probably won't think to look under the Intruduction Forum That sounds like a great recipe - the balsamic is very intriguing.
