Hi, My name is Lyle and I joined this site, initially to find out the advantages of a Santuko knife over the French knife. Upon viewing the site I can see that there is some really fascinating info to be had. So I look forward to returning to learn more. Unfortunately I am very low tech and I hope that this goes somewhere other than lost.
