I am a new member and looking for Lebonese recepies. When I was a much younger man, a beautiful Lebonese lady cooked many dishes for us. I miss the middle east flavor. I believe one of the dishes was called riz? Green beans, vermecelli, rice,...? maybe someone could direct me to where I might find such recepies.
