hello guys and gals,

I am a new here and interested in learning and experimenting with cooking.

Welcome to DC!! Share away now - don't wait till you are "good enough"! We all learn from each other here so what you may consider inconsequential may be a breakthrough to somebody else and you may learn a new tip from some of the experienced chefs/cooks here and get even better at what you do well now!
