Thank you for welcoming me to be part of your community. As a rookie in participating this forum, i'm looking forward to learn as much as i can in the discussion-forum..... i like issue relating to "health" ...and not to mention cooking at home is a peace of mind...

The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.
