Talking New Member

Hi....Am new to this forum...I enjoy baking and always would like to find more info to improve the knowledge in baking.

Can anyone share with me what type of buttercream or icing should I use to ensure that it will last and will not melt after removing out from the fridge..

Welcome to DC, Erica! Wish I could help, but baking is the least of my talents.
