New member - Author upcoming GOC Cookbook
I research the history and traditions of cooking a lot and occasionally I have landed on these web pages that have been very informative. I feel cooking is like the Great Wall of China, a work built on an ancient foundation. It is the work of many hands, sharing and laying down a single brick of truth, one brick at a time. It is a collective enterprise as big as the world. If I can help or be helped, I would find both enjoyable.
The book I am writing is called Generations of Cooking. It is interested in the origins and recipes from many cuisines including my family recipes, Roman food, great chefs from restaurants, trattorias, bistros, joints and dives, and friends.
