New member from CA in USA, dinner tonight is...

I've been lurking awhile and have cooked a few recipes I have found here.

I'm looking forward to helping those that I can help. I am sure I will be asking for some help on a few things.

Tonight for dinner is pork chops pan cooked in butter with paprika and lemon pepper. For our vegetable, we are having two big artichokes!
