New member here - love to cook, bake and preserve!
Hi everyone! I am so excited to be a part of this forum. I have been cooking for just over a year and a half, and have taken some cooking classes at a local store. I hope to go to Culinary School after finishing college in 2012. I think the expertise in this forum will certainly help me improve my skills! Hopefully I can offer some of the information I have learned to other readers as well! :]
