New Member/New mum

Hi everyone,
Just joined in the hope of finding quick and easy recipes as I don't always have time to put together a nice dinner at the moment!!
I enjoy cooking but hate recipes that require a million ingredients.

Welcome. I think you will find some good recipes here, but also find that many of us don't like to mess with complicated recipes. Many of us often use recipes just as "inspiration" for cooks we make up on our own, using what's available to us at the time.

Learning how to "wing it" is a great time and stress saver.
