Greetings from Northern New Mexico.

I have a large, hi-producing strawberry patch. I want to preserve the fruit as jam. Can anyone offer recipes for strawberry jam or other great strawberry uses?

One idea would be..buy a box of Shur-Jel. Somewhere in the box you may find recipes for various jams and jellies along with proper canning methods which can prove more important than a recipe per say.

Using Sure-Jel is almost foolproof when it comes to making jam so, go for it.
