I have been lurking for a couple of weeks and it seemed like I would fit in around here. I have been enjoying the discussions. I really started cooking 5 years ago and was hooked from the first chop. I love trying new things. I look forward to the discussions.

I pretty much enjoy cooking anything. But my favorite things are soups and sauces, because it is like you start with nothing and get something delicious. They are something greater then the sum of its parts.
