Just wanted to say hello. I'm a NY transplant in MN and am excited to have found the site.
I love food. Had a cafe in the Twin Cities for a couple years. Now, all I think about is food! (Sold to the other partners.)
Any other foodies in the Twin Cities (or elsewhere, for that matter) tried to start a 'cooking club' or something of the sort?
Also toying with the idea of doing a "Commercial-kitchen co-op". Thoughts?
