Welcome in! I'm sure you have quick and easy single mom meals to suggest. My daughter knows what you are talking about - come home from work, pop something in or on the stove or grill and it better be ready in about thirty minutes. No time for prep - comes out of a can, box, or the freezer. Hurry up all the way.

Hi, Debbie. Welcome to DC. I understand how busy you must be. Lots of hurry, hurry, hurry. I noticed you enjoy some of the same hobbies I do, so it's nice you make time for fun. Take a few minutes and browse our different forums to see what we have to tempt you. We're glad you've found us.

Hi, and welcome to DC, Debbie!

I understand the problems of a single parent looking for quick and easy meals at the end of a long day at work - I was a single father of two boys.
