Hi Everyone, my name is Anai, and I live with my husband on the Pacific coast of Mexico near Puerto Vallarta. We retired here 5 years ago, bought an old villa and have fixed it up a bit to suit our needs. We have a 3 year old male cat named Kaos, and a nearly 1 year old part-Greyhound named Latte. I love to cook, and I have learned so much since moving here. I cater a lunch to approx. 30 people in the spring and fall, and what a learning curve that was. I have created dishes I didn't even know I could make. Looking forward to sharing experiences, recipes and just all round cooking tips in the coming weeks. Enjoy!
