New to Forum AND to Cooking

Ok well I've been cooking for a while, but just very basic stuff and I want to branch out. Whenever my guy and I have dinner and I cook, I feel like it's the same four meals. So, here I am!

I'm excited to chat with you all and share recipes and tips. I'm from Virginia and live in the DC Metro area- it's beautiful in the winter but a bit cold!
