Hello everyone! I am a newbie to the cooking world and I will be asking A LOT of questions. I unfortunatley have limited cooking supplies so most of my questions will be about alternate ingredients to use or alternate ways to cook things.:chef: I look forward to finding out new things and hearing about different recipes!

Welcome!

As to cooking with limited resources, been there, done that. Started out with 2 pans, a very tight budget, and a tiny kitchen. (If I opened the oven door all the way, I couldn't be standing in front of the stove!) One thing I can say for certain is that most cooking from scratch is cheaper and better-tasting than pre-prepared stuff. And leftovers are very useful...

Have fun!

I have also found that homemade cooking tastes much better!!!! I fortunatley have a decent size kitchen now so I am very excited to start my new hobby. I have a few more things than just a few pans though so I guess I am not as bad off as I thought!!
