Ingredients, 99% Mediterranean ... lots of fresh shellfish, seafood, fish, home made pasta, tomatoes, Basil, fresh herbs, Basilicata Chili Peppers, risotto, pinenuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, salads and anchovies and olives and I am a cheese-a-holic ...

Garlic is likely the most often used item at Casa de Hoot.
My favorite is whatever happens to be in the cupboard that I can cook!

Hi benny,

I'm Marvin, I'm also bit new here. I am happy to have you on DC. The garlic is so common ingredient which most of peoples are use. I also like to use garlic.
