I love making fresh homemade soups, stews along with roasts. roasted rack of lamb, whole chicken, just about anything. I'm starting to try out baking. I'm nervous about that since it seems so delicate and you have to be 100% accurate.
I love French Food cooking (after watching Rachel Khoo's " the little Paris kitchen"), and I love watching Gilda's "everyday Italian." However I love informative shows like "the food hospital," and "grow your own drugs" that shows how food, herbs/spices play a crucial role in our overall health and how simple changes can play a big impact in our lives especially with many daily ailments we face.
