Smile Newbie 2 :)

Hi everyone!

What a blessing it is to be here! My husband and I live on the family farm which means we live with my in-laws. We have made a "home" upstairs and I mostly use a microwave, slow cooker and recently an electric skillet to cook our meals. So I need all the help, advice and recipes I can get, lol.

I look forward to getting to meet you all.

Good morning Maplesparkle! Welcome. I'll bet you find more good recipes to cook with your equipment than you will be able to get to.

Maplesparkle, I just posted a simple recipe for your electric fry pan and your slow cooker. May be it will help, I and family really like it and shame on me I had almost forgotten it until I read your post.

It's in the Slow Cooker forum posted as Slow Cook Pork Chops with Sweet Baby Ray.
Hope it help!

Welcome, that's a tough way to cook. Now with the nice weather, you can grill outside making plenty to reheat the next day.
