Hi Shirley, there are LOTS of bakers here. Just cruise around the Bread and Dessert sections and you will find like minds I am sure. I would really love it if you could post your english muffin recipe (in Breads maybe?). Its something I haven't tried but would like to. Welcome to Discuss Cooking!
