Hello Kim, I am in IA. Welcome, I would love some of your recipes from S. Africa. Someday I am going there to Help people in need. I am almost 40 but had children late in life. So my children are daughter 8 and twin boys age 6. I want to someday spend a month in Africa to help people there. one advice from me beings you want to plan your family, is don't wait as long as my hubby and I did. we waited (our choice) 15 yrs before even thinking of having any children. they are worth it, but don't just wait too long. Hope you have a great recipe to share from your country?

Thanks for the advice, I have posted a recipe for Durban curry in the slow cooker forum. It is possible to make it on the stove, but I found that the SC method was the tastiest ever
