Hi, how is everybody doing this evening? I am looking forward to participating in this forum. I have a real passion for grilling, and I am about to be baptized in smoke. This weekend I am going to attempt my first all nighter smoking a brisket. Looking forward to sharing ideas with everybody.

Bienvenue, Heisrisen. You don't need to do an all-nighter to smoke a brisket. Now if you want to do a whole hog, here's how you do it:
Put hog in smoker.
Drink a keg of beer.
Flip hog over.
Drink another keg.
Dinner's ready!
