Hi everyone,

I've just registered on the site so I thought I'd tell you a little bit about me.

My name is Phil and I live in ATL. GA. I am 44 years old and cannot cook !!! I hope to learn about cooking on 2 things, a gas grill and an electric smoker. I have made many attempts on a gas grill and even if I spend $20 for a steak it never turns out, especially in the tender catagory. I also just bought the smoker and look forward to learning to make some realy tender ribs !!
Well that's about it. I can't wait to get started on some good cookin'
