Hey Everyone. I just joined and I look forward to reading everyones posts and learning all I can. I consider myself a creative cook and I love making new dishes and adding my own flavor to them. I spend most of my time in the kitchen and love sharing recipes and ideas. I am currently a college student and my dream is to open a restaurant with dishes that people talk about for days or even weeks. I know that my dream is a long way off, but I will get there.
