do you mind if i ask you a question??
I have a job interview Tomorrow and i'm scard to death it is with a very high class resturaunt and i the head chef was studied over seas and the menu is french and i do know the basics of cooking and i'm serve safe certified i've used all of the equipment, but i also know that these guys know a hell of alot more than me and. what do u think there going to ask me and what can i say to let them give me a shot. when i'm shown some thing i can copy it and i realy want this HELP any advice?????
