newbie

Hello fellow cooks!!
i'm new to this site and hope to learn alot and hopeful help to..
I've been cooking for over 20 years and its been mostly bar and breakfast...
now i work in a nursing home.... well any way thanksfor having me!!!

do you mind if i ask you a question??
I have a job interview Tomorrow and i'm scard to death it is with a very high class resturaunt and i the head chef was studied over seas and the menu is french and i do know the basics of cooking and i'm serve safe certified i've used all of the equipment, but i also know that these guys know a hell of alot more than me and. what do u think there going to ask me and what can i say to let them give me a shot. when i'm shown some thing i can copy it and i realy want this HELP any advice?????
