I'm a newbie here; a beginner in cooking. I can cook basic stuff but nothing fancy. My Mum taught me the very basic and principle of cooking when I was little and now I'm looking to develop them skills. I'm originally from Indonesia so mostly my cooking involves lots of spices. Just recently I started cooking food from western country as I'm married to a British gentleman. I have a few cooking book but most of the stuff still a bit unclear to me.
I hope to seek lots of information and advice from this forum.
