Newbie here

Hello there, everybody!

My name is Joćo Paulo and I'm from Portugal!

I've started with japanese cooking (maybe not the best option), but I love the portuguese cuisine.

I really like cooking and hope to learn a lot here.

Thank you!

Hello Joćo Paulo and welcome from Italy!

Can't wait to see your recipes on Portuguese cuisine. I'm ashamed to admit my total ignorance on the subject...

Welcome to DC Joćo Paulo. We have folks from all kinds of places, but I don't think we have anyone from Portugal active at the moment. Really looking forward to reading some Portuguese recipes.

Hello and Welcome! I love Portugal and have been a few times on holiday, gorgeous place. Piri piri chicken is always a favourite and also cataplana. I seem to remember a nice little liqueur type drink called Tijuana too!

Would love to try any portuguese recipes you have to share.
