hello. I'm a cutlery merchant who loves to cook. I have a couple of years of culinary school and was a cooking instructor at one point and once operated a forum site similar to this one called foodieforums.com. I retired from that. The only cooking I do anymore is just for me and my wife. Let me know if there is some way I can help.
