I don't do dishes
- I just select a victim from the grocery shelf/cooler, toss it in a skillet and crank the dial up to 11.
On the plus side, I don't need to worry about getting the 160F - this method assures that I get at least that much.
and yes, I am pretty good at disabling a screaming smoke detector...
