I can tell that you and I are going to get along just fine. Every now and again, I walk into my office area and announce to everyone there, who raise their collective eyebrows and give me that "this guy is nuts" look, "I'm here! I'm here! Roll our the red carpets and ring all the bells, 'cause I'm here!" It was a line borrowed from the Warner Brothers animated character - Fogorn Leghorn. It's fun tooting your own horn, as long as it is in jest, and you are not truly thinking you are the be-all/end-all of the world. Everyone knows I'm a goof, and that I love being a goof. at 53 years of age, I perhaps am the silliest of teh people I work with, as well as the most educated.

You are going to like it here, with cooking talents that vary from 5-star chef, to "learning to boil water", and everything in between. Ask questions; share your best recipes and wisdom. This is a wonderful community. Have fun.
