Welcome, Rosalyn, to DC.........you wouldn't believe how much company you have here......we have lots of people who come from all walks of life and all types of cooking experiences.......be sure to visit the off topic forums, too, those have very little to dealing with cooking......just common life experiences......jokes, stories, when you're having a good day and a great day, games, etc..............it's a very well-managed forum....and probably has more active posts than most forums out there.........our site admins are very hard-working and have busy lives outside the forum and yet manage to keep this site a place to come to, put up your feet and meet others.......and they do it on a volunteer basis.....welcome again........
