Hi all! I'm a home cook with a small veg business in southwest Wales. And just this year I've started producing my own savoury sauces to sell using our lovely greenhouse goodies. It's an exciting time and I still have loads to learn about preserving my foods. So I'm looking forward to getting ideas and tips and recipe inspiration!
