Welcome any more a butcher is almost like high button shoes very hard to find
and worth rubbies and gold to keep. Did you ever venture into sausage making?? would like to know

That looks really good. What kind of sausage is it? My grandmother used to make wonderful sausages. They had an old fashioned smokehouse and hanging from the rafters were hams, slabs of bacon, pork shoulders, sausages. I thought they were rich. Only after I grew up a bit did I understand they were living off their farm. I've never had better pork chops than what she made right after butchering time.
