I live outside philadelphia in chester county. I am a foreman for a painting company. I have been enjoying cooking for as long as I can remember. When I was 12, I washed dishes at a Restaurant/Bar. I would watch the chef all the time (when I wasn't washing dishes). I was his guinea pig when he created new menu items. They were always good! When I learned how to bowhunt for deer, it gave me a new meat to work with. I especially was fond of the heart. The backstraps are always tasty! I haven't gotten a bear yet, so when I do, I will try it out as well.
