Hi, everybody. I'm Pseudo-Ginger. ("Artificial Ginger" was too long, apparently.) I'm a 20-year-old recluse who somehow manages to throw things together that end up tasting good.
Which is all well and good, but I'd like to collect some actual recipes, and, if I ever come up with any, share some of my own.
