another schmaltz lover here.

just an fyi: schmaltz is rendered chicken fat, mostly from the skins, that is then cooked with onions and salt. the flavored liquid is strained off, and there's your schmaltz.

great on a bagel or toast.

In case anyone's interested...
The first two images are of individual ramekins of Meyers Lemon Pudding Cake. They were served with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream.

The second two images are of four different flavors of biscotti and Easter butter cookies.
