I am new to this site. Sounds interesting, as Bailli of our Georgia Golden Isles Bailliage of The Chaine des Rotisseurs and Societe Mondial du Vin.
I plan parties and group functions for our 85 members.
Look forward to new culinary creations from the membership and contributing to interesting forums.
Any other Chaine members from around the world out there, give me a shout!
We just returned from France where we dined in 7 Chaine member restaurants in Normandy, Britanny and Loire Valley.

Bienvenue a notre petite communaute! Je suis sur que vous nous trouverez chaleureux and tres acceuillants.

Shrimpman, I'm a Francophile myself. I'm sure the folks here would be very interested to know more about your organization and activities.

Hello, thanks for the response

Check out the web site:
www.chaineus.org
Then, read all about our culinary organization and how you could start a chapter in Bankok (if there isn't already one there?)
It's a wonderful organization and we have a wine society also, The Societe Mondial du Vin, which you can read about & enjoy.
Our local chapter web site is:
www.chainegeorgiagoldenisles.org.
Look forward to hearing back from you!
