Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum. I love to cook, bake, and right now, make candy. Made the Brittle, burnt the first batch, success with second batch, and while pouring the third batch, watched the butter separate! I'm doing something wrong, but what! Was it the temperature? At 265, it was really brittle! Thank you so much. (By the way, tastes great!)
