Hi Everyone:)

Thanks for the welcome. I do the cooking 4 days a week and my dh cooks on the other 3.

I hope I'm not disappointing you, as I not a great cook I have to rely on recipes from cookbooks and I have recipes also from different food web sites. My favorite chef is Emeril Laguese.

Now that the suns out hope for the rest of this holiday weekend ,we plan to do some BBQing.

Cooking gal, go to the top of this thread and click on user pc, click on edit profile on the left side and enter your birthday there, that way, when it comes up, it will show on the main forum page and everyone will see it and not forget.
