Hi Addie, probably, you didn't meet an Italian that didn't like to cook bacause most of us like to eat.

Not a girl you want to bring home to meet Mama! My daughter-in-law was born in Naples, Italy and still can't even make toast unless she makes it black. And then she sets of the smoke alarm in her house and the neighbors!
