New to the forum that is :chef:

Anway, live in SoCal. Went to culinary school in NYC back before foodtv network was around. Work for a while in many places in NYC, left the kitchen to raise 2 kids. Now teaching at a culinary school in Socal and doing some Personal Chef stuff. That's all on the side...nights, weekends while doing full time work. I don't miss the 6 day, 80 hour workweek in NYC but I love the teaching.

I don't get to eat out much these days, but I've had really good meals at:

The Montage (Studio) -- ask for a tour of the kitchen, they have one of the 2 $100,000 stoves in America

I hear that 5 Feet is also a great place down here in Laguna.

Nice to have you here Eric. Especially with your skills and knowledge! I'll be looking for some of your recipes. But, gosh with your schedule, im surprised your even awake!! :shock:
