Thankyou all for the welcome. I have always had a passsion for cooking. I collect recipes and do a lot of cooking trying out new recipes using my son as the guinea pig. He also likes to cook, but, doesn't have as much time as I do. I'm retired. I have so many recipes, I will soon have to move out of my house. Obviously, my hobby has taken over. Nice of you to accept me into your forum.

I have frozen parsley and coriander/cilantro with good results, but, not basil because it turns black when frozen.
