Love the name, gandmag.

Welcome to the family! Tell us what you like to cook and what you'd like recipes/ideas for. Speaking of ketchup, my sister used to douse her lobster in it when she was a teenager. Now that's taking ketchup too far, imo.

mmm, well when it comes to ketchup, Heinz...boo yah!! i do like to grill (burger, ribeyes, nystrip, etc), making salads from fresh organic produce. simple fruit dishes b/c fruits are definitely crucial. Italian dishes are great. definitely can get down with shrimp and am getting into seafood. also def. into hot sauces for the taste as well as the heat.

Hot Sauce fav's

Dave's Insanity - Roasted Garlic
Dave's Insanity - Jalapeno
Marie Sharps - Belizean Heat
Blair's - Sweet Death Sauce
Mother Puckers - Roasted Garlic Hot sauce

haha, that's a short list for now.
