mmm, well when it comes to ketchup, Heinz...boo yah!! i do like to grill (burger,ribeyes,nystrip,etc), making salads from fresh organic produce. simple fruit dishes b/c fruits are definitely crucial. Italian dishes are great. definitely can get down with shrimp and am getting into seafood. also def. into hot sauces for the taste as well as the heat.
