Too much vinegar from pickled jalapenos, now what?

My husband used pickled jalapenos in the chili and it tastes too vinegary. Any tips on salvaging?

If he added some of the juice from the pickled jalapenos that would be the problem. More sauce to cut the vinegar taste would be my guess.
