I agree. You really have to be on top of your game to wrap bacon around something that cooks quickly. You can't get tunnel vision with just the one food item.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops Bacon Wrapped Scallops Ingredients : 24 large real scallops, cleaned 12 slices of bacon, cut in half Salt Pepper Garlic Powder Directions : 1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper with 1 tsp. of garlic powder. 3. Wrap scallop with bacon strip and secure with toothpick. 4. Sprinkle salt mixture on scallop. 5.
