I made this dip last night - very good!
1 jar green salsa verde (15-16 oz)
1 lb. cubed montery jack cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapenos
1 diced avocado
1 diced tomato
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour salsa verde in bottom on 8x8 pan or round baker.
Put cubed cheese on top and cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with cilantro, jalapenos, avocado and tomato - enjoy.
